See doctor: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and you should see a doctor. It would be prudent to get retested for HIV nucleic acid. If that test result is negative at 8 months after exposure, that would rule out HIV infection.

Usually none: For most folks with these findings, they do not have any symptoms.  Several studies of folks with no symptoms, underwent MRI, 45% had significant findings but no symptoms. No worry.: Benign hemangioma means a tumor of the blood vessels that is not going to hurt you.  No surgery or further treatment is likely needed.

Cervical spine issue: Without knowing the exact severity of the findings and the symptoms its difficult to direct you. You are 29yrs so I would assume its not severe. So we usually start with PT, exercise program etc...

MRI finding : The picture of your brain has shown a small abnormality on the brainstem. Discuss this with the ordering doctor,who,will,correlate,this with  your symptoms to determine if,this finding is significant.

: No way here to review films, but would suspect that possible meningiomas are present.  Best to have follow-up with a neurologist or neurosurgeon and compare directly the 2021 images with the current films.
