Possibly: Shoulder and neck pain dont really "cause" chest tightness, but a herniated disc in the neck can sometimes cause all these problems, including chest pain/tighteness that can seem like a heart attack.

Tension,stress: I doubt that GERD is responsible for these symptoms which are very characteristic of chronic stress and tension. I recommend stress management coaching , but you should discuss this with your physician as he/she knows all your history and findings.

You probably had a -: Viral infection, causing all the symptoms you have described. Muscles aches/pains are common after such an illness. It can last for 2-3 weeks. See a pcp to get some blood works, and nsaids, bed rest till you feel better; also to ensure you don't have something else.

Various symptoms: These varied symptoms are unlikely to be caused by one disorder. See a physician who will take a thorough history and system review, perform a complete physical examination and order appropriate tests. There is probably an element of chronic tension and stress. Referral to specialists like psychiatrist and rheumatologist for diagnosis and treatment may be recommended.

i have daily palpitations for the last 10 years. ecg, echo, holter are all normal.  i sometimes feel my pulse in neck on left side and its bounding accompanied with left chest tightness more after meals. i also have excessive yawning. what to do?

Palpitations: Did you experience palpitations during the EKG or while wearing the Holter monitor?  If so, no cardiac arrhythmia was present and perhaps you're only experiencing a forceful heart beat caused anxiety,caffeine, spices, alcohol,hyperthyroidism. If you didn't feel palpitations while on the monitor, wear an event or loop monitor for an extended period or until you feel palpitations and note them

Viral infection: It sounds like the thumping in your ear is the result of fluid  in the middle ear. This is likely caused by a respiratory viral infection since you also have other symptoms that might go along with this. If not better in a week call your doctor.

had chest tightness & throat tightness like the feeling of somebodys hands around my neck choking me, its not anxiety, had my gallbladder removed on tues & the feeling is even worse, tested positive for staph could that be whats causing this?
