Can shoulder and neck pain cause chest tightness?

Possibly: Shoulder and neck pain dont really "cause" chest tightness, but a herniated disc in the neck can sometimes cause all these problems, including chest pain/tighteness that can seem like a heart attack.

Possibly: Shoulder and neck pain could cause regionally related symptoms such as chest tightness. However, chest symptoms should be approached with caution - if you have severe or persistent chest tightness/pain, especially if the pain is a heaviness, do see a physician urgently for further evaluation.
