Go to ER: The foot going cold could be indicative of arterial damage.  The symptoms you describe certainly sound indicative of that.  Every second you wait could be resulting in irreversible tissue damage.

Stop typing: I don't want to sound like an alarmist but these are not good symptoms.  I would leave your computer right now and see your internist or a cardiologist.  Even better you should go to the emergency room immediately.

Pulse: Probably your aorta pulsating.  An aneurysm can have a very prominent pulse. At 34 years old this is highly unlikely.

Palpitations : A thumping or "heavy" heart beat as you describe is usually not dangerous, but can be uncomfortable. Stress, anxiety, lack of sleep, and stimulants like caffeine, nicotine, theophylline (in tea, chocolate, and peanuts) all can make things worse. It is normal to have one or two irregular heartbeats in a minute. Most people just aren't aware of it. There are blood tests to evaluate simple causes.

Need evaluation: It could be a number of reasons.  It would be necessary to check your heart rate during that time to determine your actual heart rate during that time.  That information would be helpful.  Your primary care physician could evaluate you to determine if you might have a thyroid problem, electrolyte imbalance or other cause. It may require an evaluation subsequently by cardiology for arrhythmia.

Palpitations: It sounds like you didn't have symptoms of chest pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Then most likely it isn't serious but if this has not been evaluated by your physician you should do so.  Minimize caffeine or any other stimulants such as smoking or decongestants. If there is a family history of heart disease of any kind then take this seriously.

Fasciculation: It's likely a fasciculation...similar to cramp or spasm but instantaneous.  Usually they are related to recent overuse, some medications or drug use (caffeine among them), and in rare cases to a neuromuscular condition.  if they persist talk to your doctor but they are almost always intermittent and benign.

Palpitations: Many potential causes.  Caffeine, medications, anxiety.  Look into causes of intermittent palpitations with help of your physician.  If continues and becomes significant, seek urgent / emergent care.  If you have a family history of sudden cardiac death at a youngish age, get an ECHO.
