Need evaluation: It could be a number of reasons. It would be necessary to check your heart rate during that time to determine your actual heart rate during that time. That information would be helpful. Your primary care physician could evaluate you to determine if you might have a thyroid problem, electrolyte imbalance or other cause. It may require an evaluation subsequently by cardiology for arrhythmia.
