Tremor: Tremors have a lot of causes it can be simple or serious, excessive caffeine intake, stress, tiredness or lack of sleep can cause tremors, hyperthyroidism, myokemia which is a fine rhythmic muscle spasm can be the case. I advise to check with your doctor if the tremor lasts.

Overuse?: Possible you have overuse syndrome or anxiety. Try changing your position and habits. Symptoms like these are best evaluated in person by your physician. Based on the findings, a treatment plan can be developed to help you.

50/m. pricking sensations in back of both lower legs but not feet. constant for 2 years and occasional in forearms. occasional l thumb tremor when anxious. some urinary dribbling. lots of health anxiety. ms ruled out. does this sound like parkinsons?

: If you haven't consulted a neurologist you should do so. I think parkinsonism is in the equation here especially if you note some stiffness of your limbs and slower motions.

Electrolyte issue: Minor/slight intentional (trying to do something) tremors occurs from time to time.  The cause can be minor electrolyte imbalances, feeling tired, etc.  I don't think you need to get checked out.  If you have unintentional (resting) tremors that occur and stay or your intentional (trying to get phone) tremor is not going away after a couple of days then you could speak to a physician/neurologist.

Tremoring thumb: PerC ~ no this would be an extremely unusual way for parkinsons disease to manifest. Since it appears to be so directly related to texting, have you considered that it may be an overuse injury? You will know for sure if you stopped texting for a week and see if this gets better. I am almost certain it will ! thanks

Fasciculations: It's sometimes common to have muscle fasciculations, where muscles twitch on their own and can cause small, involuntary movements. It can be associated with stress, anxiety, too much caffeine, etc and may be completely normal.

If it gets worse, or if you're worried, you should speak with your doctor.

Tremor: Could be some type of irritation to the pulley system of your thumb. Electrolyte problems such as potassium, sodium, magnesium or calcium problem could be a factor. Some type of primary irritation to the muscle.

Unexplained tremors: needs to be checked out by your doctor.  If medical disorders are ruled out, magnesium can be used as a supplement.  it helps w/muscle twitches.  Your doc can test your magnesium level also.  Peace and good health.
