i'm having throbbing pain  on my right side of my stomach it come and goes.

Right side pain: My first concern with right sided abdominal pain would be appendicitis.  Appendicitis pain occurs usually in the lower right side.  Other causes of pain on the right side are be gallbladder, ovary, kidney and  occasionally, the stomach.  Abdominal pain is not something you should ignore, I advise being seen asap.

Many possibilities : Lower abdominal pain could be anything from something as simple as a bladder infection to more serious appendicitis.  Further assessment is needed to determine what may be going on.  You need to see a doctor and have an examination.

Stomach or Abdomen?: If stomach, consider taking an antacid/drink some milk (one time just for a diagnosis. Don't drink milk for this on an on-going basis). If symptoms resolve, feel better, maybe stomach related, and would see your GI doctor. If no relief, may be your heart, and would go to the hospital. If you smoke, have a family history of heart disease, are over-weight, would go to hospital by ambulance.

i have this throbbing pain in the middle of the my stomach toward the right at the top. it comes and goes. i am 25. what could it be?

ABDOMINAL PAIN: Could be nothing at all pathologically speaking; but two possibilities that come to mind are astro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD) and gallbladder disease (biliary colic).  If your symptoms persist or get worse, you primary care doctor needs to know about it so they can help coordinate your next step.

my mom has really bad stomach pain and i don't know what to do can you help me? she has throbbing pain when she walks and its in the center of her stomach.

The : The pain may be related to many conditions.  Stomach pain usually in high up in the abdomen, so it depends on what you mean by "the center of the stomach".  Perhaps you mean near the belly button.  In any case, pain associated with walking may not be gastrointestinal in orgin, but rather due to muscle pain, sometimes involving the rectus abdominus due to strain.  However, if she is having nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, fevers, chills, blood in the stools, weight loss, or loss of appetite, GI problem is more likely, and will need to see her doctor to get a complete physical examination, blood work, and perhaps some x-rays.

for the past couple of days i have had a throbbing pain in my upper abdomen right below/around the left side of my ribcage. what could it be?

Abdomen/thorax pain: Most likely if this is a musculoskeletal injury it sounds like an abdominal muscle/rib cage muscle strain. This is usually caused from a twisting injury of the ribcage/upper torso. (commonly seemingly elliptical training with use of arms on the machine). If other abdominal complaints occur or begin to arise ( diarrhea, constipation etc) then a thorough exam of the abdomen is recommended.

when i bend over or kneel and get up from these positions, my vision gets really bright for a few seconds and theres a throbbing pain at the back right side of my head. the throbbing and brightness goes away after few seconds. what is this?
