Right side pain: My first concern with right sided abdominal pain would be appendicitis. Appendicitis pain occurs usually in the lower right side. Other causes of pain on the right side are be gallbladder, ovary, kidney and occasionally, the stomach. Abdominal pain is not something you should ignore, I advise being seen asap.
