If they are normal start high dose Biotin zinc B12 and folic acid.. Rogaine (minoxidil) and Propecia may be helpful. If there is no improvement consult dermatology for biopsy to rule out auto-immune ALOPECIA AERATA..PPI TEND TO CAUSE LOW VIT D LEVELS

Not yet!: Technically hair coloring is a topical solution but even as we begin to crack the secrets of cellular aging we've learned very little about loss of hair pigment . A better solution revolves around self image and how you truly appear to others. Don't underestimate the attraction to intelligent, strong, fit, wise, &amp; distinguished appearing men. For many, lack of at least some grey is a deal breaker.

Probably..: "calorie counter, "available for iphone and android (methyltestosterone).  I use it for in-office counseling of my patients.  It is free. There are other good ones, but this works fine for nutritional support, particularly for my pts. With metabolic syndrome.
