Suspicion: I am suspicious that you have exercise induced asthma. It's very treatable but you need to be diagnosed which may involve breathing tests, possibly with a provocative inhaled medicine (methacholine).

We have a hard time determining the cause usually, but poor posture is a common reason. Otherwise, the cervical spine can radiate pain down to that area and deserves a workup. Injections in the T-spine facet joints may help. Good luck!... avoid rushing into surgery for this.

Swimmer's Ear: Otitis Externa Sx's may include redness of ear, itching of canal, drainage from the ear, discomfort or pain, pus, feeling of swelling &amp; in more advanced situations, sounds may be muffled, the external ear canal can be blocked and there could be fever with swollen lymph nodes.
