Term: myelopathy is medical term for lesion of the spinal cord.  I suppose the question is, what lesion? Tumor (as you have asked), Demyelinating disorder, MS, etc.  MRI and medical evaluation can help sort this out.

Normal spinal cord: The central canal is a small, elongated cavity that contains cerebrospinal fluid and is located in the middle of the spinal cord. It can be slightly prominent without being abnormal. An abnormally enlarged central canal is called hydromyelia (or syringomyelia).

"no thoracic myelopathy" means the thoracic spinal cord looked normal on your imaging study.

i was diagnosis spondylosis of thoracic spine without myelopathy. i went to a neurosurgeon but he just wanted to watch it. what will you suggest? please advise the pain is so bad it causes me depression, anxiety and hard to concentrate?

: Appears that surgery is not appropriate, which should be reassuring, as there is a risk of spinal cord complications with thoracic procedures.  Although medications could control pain and your emotions, would instead urge physical therapy, stretching, exercise, and a visit to a physiatrist.

Exercizes: There are two therapies for neurogenic claudication.  Many patients who religiously perform the daily stretching and back strenghthening exercizes, get relief.  For those who don't decompressive surgery can improve quality of life.  Good luck.

Sure fune: should be fine usually temporY in complete relief is all that can be expected dont extrapolate pain theories to thoracic spine developed in other parts lumbar and cervical thoracic spine pain different genetators different list read a book by sarno before you treat axial pain with fusion again

Radiculopathy is loss of function in a specific region (one side) of an extremity (arm or leg) due to irritation and / or compression of a spinal nerve root; manifests as pain traveling from the spine into the specific region the nerve innervates.
