Insect bites: If she is otherwise well and without other symptoms, she most likely has insect bites. Apply a thin layer of Caladryl lotion three times daily. Watch for increased swelling, pus and fever. If she has signs of infection, please see your physician.

See a dermatologist: It is difficult to make a proper diagnosis since I am not there to see the condition. I recommend seeing a dermatologist so that they can make a proper diagnosis and give you something to get rid of the condition or relieve symptoms.
Psoriasis looks more large small to large red circular spots on the body that isn't usually raised.

Souns like hives: Mosquito bites all over the body, even in the midst of summer, would be unusual. Sounds like he has hives. While most common cause is allergic, they can also be caused by shifts in temperature or for no known reason at all (idiopathic hives). You can treat hives with diphenhydramine (Benadryl) - use dose appropriate for you child's weight. You may need to repeat doses of med over next 24-48 hours

?goose bumps: If these nonitchy skin bumps clear quickly, they may be harmless goose bumps caused by cold, fear or excitement.  Hives, due to allergy, also go away quickly but are usually red and itchy. A dermatologist could diagnose these if he or she were able to see them when they're occurring.

Could be bites: The spots you describe could be many things. If they are insect bites popping them won't reduce itching.  Resist the urge to pop anymore as infection could settle in to open sores.  If the itching is bothersome an otc antihistamine such as Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or zyrtec can help.

May be bites: Mosquito bites don&#x27;t have to itch, this is the season for bites, and whether they itch or not depends on an individual&#x27;s reaction to the mosquito saliva that is injected when they bite you. Some people have dramatic swelling and itching, others have little to no reaction. Keep an eye on these and if they look like they are fading, great! If not get then checked.
