Not usually : Depending on where you are on your cycle, that would be normal. You might need another us to make sure it resolved.  It is probably an ovulation cyst.

Do not have: the ultrasound report. The CT report is concerning and suggest there is a complex structure in the right area of the ovary and note that this need further followup.  Will probably need laparoscopy as soon as this can be done.  This is suggestive of  number of things. To go into detail is inappropriate and needs to be discussed with your doc. Best wishes.

It resembles endometriosis in that it is caused by invasion of the uterine muscle by endometrial tissue, and is a frequent cause for hysterectomy. See your gyn provider for advice and treatment.

No, only descriptive: of appearance on US: isoechoic=uniform (iso=equal, uniform echos) in ultrasound reflections, cystic=fluid filled. Neither of these indicate cancer. Cancer would far more likely be solid, not cystic &amp; have varying, not uniform ultrasound reflections from within the cancerous tissue(s).

Context???: The first sign of pregnancy on an ultrasound is the appearance of a rounded anechoic structure.  Other structures can also appear as anechoic, which is simply a descriptive term of what they see. Usually a radiologist will comment further about what s/he thinks this could be.

Unlikely: The description sounds like a simple cyst and small to medium in size. The usual management is to follow these with serial ultrasounds. If you are having frequent pain or increasing pain, be assessed more often. These generally resolve without treatment. All the best.
