No, only descriptive: of appearance on US: isoechoic=uniform (iso=equal, uniform echos) in ultrasound reflections, cystic=fluid filled. Neither of these indicate cancer. Cancer would far more likely be solid, not cystic & have varying, not uniform ultrasound reflections from within the cancerous tissue(s).
