As for echogenic material in the lining, it is not uncommon to have a calcification in the endometrial lining.  As long as these findings are related to your cycle there maybe little effect.  I would still discuss this with your doctors

Depends : This depends on age. A 0.7cm thick endometrial thickness is normal for women who still have their period. If  in the older woman that doesn't have her menstrual flow then that is too thick. As for the other remark I would have to see it.

Doubtful: Decidual tissue is only present when you are pregnant.  Assuming you are not pregnant, these findings on you ultrasound could represent a uterine polyp, a fibroid or a cancer in the uterus.  You might want to consider having a biopsy of the inside of the uterus or a hysteroscopy.  A hysteroscopy is a procedure where you look into the uterus with a small camera.    Best wishes!
