was on zpak now i'm on cephaexin for sinus infection i'm worried because i'm still have orangeish or brown drainage a lot it's thick..i'm not sick?

Get further: Evaluation by your pcp! may need catscan sinuses- he'll be able to tell what's going on.

Yes: A bacterial sinus infection usually takes 7-10 days to develop. Now that it has been 3.5 weeks, this sounds most likely to be an infection. You should see a doctor to be placed on an antibiotic for 7-10 days. It would be advised that you use nasal saline spray 2-3 times a day purchased over the counter and i like to recommend Mucinex (guaifenesin) taken twice daily for about a week to help thin the mucus.

can thick severe post nasal drip/drainage be caused by sinus issues, although ct scans show sinuses as completely clear? and no sinus pain present?

YES: May not show up on CT scan if sinuses are deeply infected. as in a severe cold or allergies.

Sinusitis: Sounds like a sinus infection. Definitely not allergy that produces thin watery mucous. It could just be a cold if present for only a few days but a swollen face should always be promptly brought to the attention of a physician who can perform a physical examination and, if necessary, perform lab or x-ray tests. Call now.

Sinusitis: Allergic, viral , bacterial or fungal - color of discharge no help - if fever- probably not allergic -if  lasts more than 10 days, not viral - try Mucinex (guaifenesin) and Claritin otc - if not improved - see doc. By the tenth day - also consider netty pot.

Sinusitis: The symptoms you describe may be from sinusitis (this is likely viral, although it could be bacterial). You can try nasal saline sprays and warm compresses to your face to help relieve the infection. Over-the-counter sinus medicine, like Sudafed can help with your sinus pain. If you don't find relief in 2-3 days, or if you develop a fever, then see your doctor. Best wishes.

Treat congestion: You should treat your nasal congestion to help your sinuses clear out. If you have allergies, see an allergist and get tested and treated. An over the counter preparation called sinus buster also helps with sinus congestion, worth a try.

There are: a number of them. Sudafed is the most common. HOWEVER I note you are taking THYROID medication therefore I would check the use of ANY oral decongestant with your Health Care Provider!
