: Seems you are overdoing the games you play, reduce the duration and intensity to a level where you do not hurt after the activity. You can try local heat and otc ibuprofen for a few days too. good luck

May be normal: Clicking of the joints is often very normal.  With working out, tendons thicken and can snap over bony prominences.  Unless painful, this snapping may not be a problem.  If painful, then get your shoulder evaluated by an orthopedic surgeon or sports specialist. Also, analyze your work out routine with a trainer to make sure your technique does not create shoulder problems.

Crepitation-shoulder: A certain degree of crepitus can be normal. However, if you have painful crepitus, or if you have limitation in your range of motion or instability of your shoulder, you should visit an orthopaedic surgeon for a physical exam. Crepitus can be from the bone, the joint, tenosynovitis or bursitis, or a fracture, which is unlikely without serious pain. Good luck.

what could cause pain in right trap and shoulder/clavicle clicking?

Any # of things: Differential would include painful/arthritic AC joint (joint at end of clavicle), rotator cuff tear or intractable tendinitis, labral tearing (cartilage surrounding socket which helps stabilize joint), altered mechanics or abnormal motion of the scapula (shoulder blade) on   chest wall.  Bottom line if chronic and interfering with daily activities/work should be evaluated by orthopedic surgeon.

i have a clicking in my left shoulder when doing push ups, should i be worried? is there anything i should be doing to fix this issue?

Depends: If it doesn't hurt or lead to difficulty or pain when moving the shoulder, it may simply be "normal." clicks can be caused by several different processes, and if there is pain involved, you should hold off on the push-ups for now and see a medical professional at your earliest convenience to make sure the bones, muscles, tendons and ligaments of the shoulder are all ok.

have i subluxed my shoulder? if so what do i do? ive got pain and clicking on backwards rotation and can't lift above shoulder height due to the pain. no known reason why it started ?

Shoulder subluxation: Unlikely to be subluxation unless you get recurrent subluxation or have had trauma. Sounds more like bursitis or frozen shoulder.see your gp/ physio for review .

fell of motorbike onto left shoulder5/6 months ago shoulder was x rayed was no break, couldn't lift shoulder for few weeks , now pain has gone but is brought on when say if i'm lifting all day it will start clicking/snapping and will hurt ?

Shoulder issue?: You could still have a shoulder issue despite the unrevealing Xray. Things like labral tear, rotator cuff tear or AC joint separation.  An MRI would be diagnostically useful at this point.

Subacromial bursitis: Most likely it is a bursa which is inflamed but there may also be a rotator cuff issue or biciptal tendonitis - if not treated in timely fashion - may result in frozen shoulder - tx. May be as simple as rest or physical therapy or steroid inj. Or combo of them all.

While snapping : Scapula syndrome is a diagnosis that involves the shoulder blade popping and cracking on the rib cage it is not very common most cause of shoulder clicking involves something within the joint such as instability or problems with the muscles such as the rotator cuff muscles numbness and tingling can be caused by apprehension the feeling that shoulder maybe coming out of joint or sometimes just by position evaluation by orthopedic surgeon who is the most likely way
