Overweight: The distribution of fat cannot be altered. What you can do is to reduce your caloric intake and at the same time engage in increased exercise. If you focus some of these exercises on abdominal musculature that may help.

Very good but...: Green tea has many proven health benefits;it's rich in antioxidants like catechins.Among the proven benefits of green tea: preventing cardiovascular disease &amp; many diff. cancers, lowers cholesterol &amp; blood sugar, protects the liver. Green tea is loaded: with antioxidents but does contain some caffeine.  It's best to drink it earlier in the day, especially if you have sleep problems.  Loose green tea (rather than bags)   so much the better.  White tea is even a bit better biochemically and, in my opinion, has a lighter taste.  Peace and good health.  Green tea speeds up metabolism but diet and exercise are necessary too.  EGCG capsules good.

Diet and exercise: The best way is to eat less and exercise more.  There is no quick fix for weight problems.  You can waste your money on otc supplements that claim to help you lose weight, but nothing works unless you consume fewer calories than you burn.

Weight issues.:  Per Drugs.Com,  Solian (amisulpride) can be associated  with weight gain or loss in 1% to 10% of people.  Regarding metabolic changes -anorexia (not disorder) has been reported in up to 17 % of people taking Prozac &amp; increased appetite has occured in 1 to 10%. If your are struggling with weight please consider working with a nutritionist.
