Green tea is loaded: with antioxidents but does contain some caffeine. It's best to drink it earlier in the day, especially if you have sleep problems. Loose green tea (rather than bags) so much the better. White tea is even a bit better biochemically and, in my opinion, has a lighter taste. Peace and good health. Green tea speeds up metabolism but diet and exercise are necessary too. EGCG capsules good.
