High impact or sports that could involve trauma to the abdomen should be avoided. Rebounding is not advised during pregnancy for two reasons. First, the bouncing will cause trauma to the pelvic ligaments and pelvic floor possibly causing uterine prolapse in the future. Second, it is possible the bouncing could cause separation of the placenta from the uterus -which could kill the baby.

I am not sure: I know the pharmacists is telling you the truth because the knowledge with topical treatment is not as with knowing that taking fluconazole increases chances of spontaneous abortion if taken during pregnancy. It does not mean you could not use something topical and be fine. Boric acid, vinegar and benzoyl peroxides are options. I gather boric acid is not safe in pregnancy.

Fish with very high potential mercury levels: Shark, Swordfish, Marlin &amp; King Mackerel, Big Eye &amp; AHI Tuna &amp; Orange Roughy. &amp; Tilefish.
