See doctor: Numbness with headache is an indication for imaging. First your doctor will determine what type of headache you have. Headaches have many causes. See the list on the picture.  I suggest you see your physician and discuss a plan to determine the cause. Your doctor might order imaging of brain and optic nerve exam to rule out serious conditions.

: If those symptoms have just occurred less than 24 hours, you should watch for the skin eruption in those areas if you did not have chicken pox vaccines in your childhood because those symptoms could be the prodrome for shingles (herpes zoster outbreak). As soon as rashes appear, you have to see a doctor right away for treatment.

i sometimes have a tickling sensation sort of numbness on my left side of the head going up to the shoulders. chest pains,headache and shortness of breath.  i also cant sleep well.what could be the cause?

Uncertain: Like the doctor who answered previously, I would want to rule out cardiac causes. Please get an assessment. If you have signficant shortness of breath - you should get urgent evaluation.

That's a bp problem : Once in a while doctor's find your blood pressure high doesn't mean you don't have a bp problem, the symptoms you described may be related, you need to see your doctor or go to hospital asap given your description to rule out serious neurologic conditions that could be secondary to high blood pressure, don't waste time online, good luck

TMJ: It can be from TMJ if you clench or grind your teeth, it can be an ear problem from nasal allergies if your nose is stuffed, it can also be a rare benign ear tumor. All in all you should have it checked.

Complicated question: All of your symptoms may or may not be related. Headaches could be tension HA and/or migraine. Dizziness could be due to anxiety and hyperventilation or other causes.
