Other than that, you cannot diagnose dehydration other than by a low blood pressure, dry ski or an elevated sodium and potassium level in the blood with an elevated BUN to creatinine ratio.

: I assume you meant vaginal bleeding. A change in vaginal pH can change the metallic smell of the iron in your blood and make it stronger. If you have no other symptoms then you can neglect it. Dehydration can make the urine smell stronger but not the menses. If the blood is just from an accidental cut then it is difficult to explain, may be your nose is more sensitive today than usual. Take care.
