Dehydration?: There are no non-obvious signs of dehydration. You can tell if you are losing weight by weight loss of 1-2 lbs/day. Other than that, you cannot diagnose dehydration other than by a low blood pressure, dry ski or an elevated sodium and potassium level in the blood with an elevated BUN to creatinine ratio.
