Regular milk okay: Regular milk is the preferred milk product during this period. Their brain growth uses the fat content to build important support for nerves. I have more problems with mothers who want to use low fat milk to slim the kid down. That is the worst thing to do &amp; can result in developmental delays.

: Yes. In the US transition to regular milk is often done at a year with a limit of 16=24 oz/d. Cow milk protein is harder to digest and in excess can result in microscopic intestinal blood loss and anemia. The goal of balanced nutrition through their regular diet is the major concern.

Answers: Please try to ask one question at a time. Forehead rash likely not due to milk.  Yoghurt is a good snack. The best nappy barrier cream has zinc oxide as an ingredient.

Homemade skin: cream is very difficult and milk butter can just break you out. Why not try gentle moisturizers like cetaphil which is easy to get and use
