Heel lesion: This could be something like a corn called a porokeratosis. It could also be a wart. I recommend having a podiatrist debride the lesion so he or she can tell you what it is and recommend how to treat it.

Puss: if u think it is a infected blister then you will need antibiotics. depends how big the abscess is-- may need draining as antibiotics may not work on an abscess if not drained.

Plantar fasciitis??: Your heel pain is a protective mechanism designed to limit the amount of pressure and damage to your heel. If you continue to walk on it the damage will increase and cause further pain. Taking the ibuprofen may aid in some of the reactive inflammation but it does not attack the problem, in fact it may only mask the problem. You need to have an x-ray and evaluation to assess the true problem.
