We age every day: Grilling bacon for a whole year will age one's skin a whole year. Whether or not one's skin will look MORE than a year older in that time is anyone's guess. The toxins in vaporized food and smoke have a small effect compared to smoking tobacco or other substances. Hopefully, the grill's exhaust vent powerfully sucks the toxins away. For most people, sunshine damages skin more than grilling will.

Allergy: Any allergies to other pork products? It could be the change in proteins with the cooking, it could be the fat content, or it could just be an intolerance you have developed. Is it only with a certain brand? Try a different brand. Also, if you fry on the stove, try making it in the oven to see if this helps.

blister (2nd degree) or turn black/white (3rd degree)
1st degree keep moist it should clear without scar.
If small blisters protect it, it is likely to be ok if worse especially large area get medical help noting it probably will scar but good wound care will minimize it.
