So we treat inflammations with reducing the activity that is stressing the tendon, ice after activity and a few times a day, nsaids, stretching the muscle associated with the tendonitis, some can be helped with bracing, some requires physical therapy, and it is extremely rare that they require surgery, .

Rest, splint, NSAIDs: Depending of the severity of your injury/tendinitis, it may take some time to heal. Should give it some rest. Gentle range of motion exercise, and use of antiinfkammatory med such as motrin/aleve may help. Wrist splint can be very helpful. You may need cortisone injection and/or physical therapy if severe. Must minimize/avoid activities that caused your trouble. Consult doc for eval. Good luck.

Not clear: Subluxation means the joint is partially separated or is separating during activity.  If there is injury to tendons of the the rotator cuff muscles they may allow the humeral head to move out of the joint socket too much.   Some rotator cuff tendon injuries respond to rest or physical therapy.  Some need to be repaired with surgery.

More recently anecdotal use of prp injections (also called stem cell injections) have been tried. Rarely, surgery is needed to clean the damaged tendon. See ortho.
