No: It's good for a guy, whether he's a slim aerobic athlete or a powerful strength athlete. A woman's physiology may work better if she has at least a bit of body fat, but if she feels good about herself because of her definition and her physician is okay with it, it's probably fine.

Sounds perfect: Go at it as hard as you can. Eat only to satisfy hunger, and stay hungry as much as you can, eating plenty of protein. Swimming is great exercise, and some resistance abs exercises (have you done cable crunches?) should be part of your workout.

These exercises help to build arm muscle:   push downs, pin presses, dumbbell wrist curls, dips, rolling extensions, barbell wrist curls, preacher curls, chin ups, lying barbell triceps extensions, thick  grip curls, concentration curls & lying dumbbell triceps extensions.

Depends: I like citroma and miralax, but if someone were pregnant i would use lactulose. Senna should not be used for long periods of time. Amitiza (lubiprostone) is a prescription laxative for chronic constipation.

One watched together: There are so many good and interactive dvd out there now that i couldn't begin to pick a "best one".  However, as with any educational item for your child, the best one is the one you do together.  Your child will learn so much better if you are at their side to explain, sing along, pretend you're the characters - these will help them engrain the messages and things learned in their minds forever!
