Aquatic exercise: Swim, water aerobics or walking in chest deep water. We are about 80% lighter standing in chest deep water due to buoyancy. This will make exercising easier. Start with an amount that is relatively easy and comfortable, then repeat 4 or more days per week and add a few minutes to the program once a week, initially only add 2-3 mins per week, so you don't over do it. Don't give up and keep moving.

im a 23 year old female, i exercise 3-4 days a week and complete an average of 7000 steps a day.. but my heart rate is 94bpm.. should i be worried?

Would check it out: B"sd would also expect a lower heart rate with good fitness.  Would suggest check on thyroid and if thats ok for  excess adrenaline.  Certainly, consider having check up for any heart, lung problems or anemia.

can this be because of previous surgery or anesthetic i was super fit before my last surgery and now can nearly run?

: I congratulate you on your fondness for exercise. It is well known that hot weather can increase your heart rate abnormally and can put you at risk for heat stroke. This is a well documented effect. My advice? Go to the gym to exercise when the weather is hot and humid. I do not understand what you mean by "Why?". Target heart rate: I don't know your sex, but To determine your target heart rate during moderate and  intense exercise, use the formula for males::: 225 minus age times .70 or .85
Average max rate=165
For females a formula could be::: 206 minus age,etc  To find moderate  and  maximum heart rate.
Bear in mind there are various other formulas and these are only guidelines.

Target heart rate: A guide for a target heart rate during a good workout is the formula:: 220 minus your age and then take 85% of that value. I recommend working gradually to that goal if you haven't been exercising regularly. If you want to engage in very vigorous workouts, have a treadmill stress test first. A physical trainer could guide you so you won't hurt yourself with improper technique.
