Before supplements : Start with your family doc or general practitioner for an exam. Your doc can order tests that will further shed some light on the actual cause for your symptoms. Light physical exercise should be attempted.

Vitamins: A good multivitamin is a good idea.  It's like an insurance policy for when we don't eat right, don't sleep well, or are especially stressed.  Go to a good store or get some guidance because the popular brands are typically very week and not helpful. Dose varies w/the other vitamins you mention.  Need to know more. Not exactly related: These minerals would not directly cause a period problem. If you are suffering from malnutrition though malnutrition can mess up cycles.

No: Hi. At 30 years old, you're long done gaining height. Nothing you can do to add height after your long bone growth plates fuse in your teens. If you have a healthy diet, of the vitamins and mineral you list, the only ones you're at risk for not getting enough of are calcium and vitamin D, so assure you're getting enough of them. But no supplement of any kind will lengthen bones in you.

None: If a alcoholic.....you can add 400mg/day. If normal food habit and digestive process ,you need no Mg supplement.
