i got my blood test results back. very concerned that my nucleated rbc was 0.2 and my nucleated rbc abs was high at 0.01. everything i'm reading says no one other than newborns (and only for up to 5 days) should have any nucleated rbc's. please help!

Any symptoms?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that,  0.2 is not meaningfully different from zero. The result would fall within the margin of error for the test. If you do not have any symptoms, do not be concerned. You may repeat the cell count next time you need a blood test for some other reason.

how long do acth blood test take? had one had to wait 3 weeks, it was no resulted, had mri head scan, it said unable to read due patient movement.

Same day results: This is a reference level test in the us.  That means most hospital labs do not perform the test.  Your blood is drawn, shipped to a large university center, and then the test is resulted.  The actual time of the lab running the test and getting the results is about 8 hours, but you have to factor in transit time of the specimen to the lab.  Three weeks does seem a little bit long even for that.

Leukopenia?: I'm not entirely sure what you're asking.  My best guess is that you're asking about leukocytes.  If you're leukocytes are low, the cells in your bloodstream which fight infection are decreasing in number. This is called leukopenia.  This can because by a lot of things, and requires follow up with your doctor who ordered the test. Some things that cause leukopenia include medications, infections, autoimmune disorder,or bone marrow problems.

Not based on the: Counts. A change from 51.1 to 53.1 is not clinically meaningful. It would help to know more. All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that.

More data: Blood and urine testing can help confirm a diagnosis of dehydration, but it is also dependent on the physical exam and history of the patient. Using just the lab result alone, it would be difficult to confidently say that a patient was dehydrated.

Depends when test: I s done.  If done within a few minutes or perhaps an hour of that puff, it might show up.  If done many hours or days later, it should not.  Most testing is done through urine rather than blood, because nicotine metabolites can be detected in higher amounts and for longer periods of time in urine.
