Estrogen changes: Through the month but TSH is pretty reliable.  When persistently low, you might suff frim hyperthyroidism.

dheas is 663, 34f. all my other blood work is normal. i did testosterone, thyroid, prolactin, progesterone, fsh.  do i  need to do the ultrasound, ct ?

No motivation: Please reflect on your lifestyle.  How is your diet and nutrition?  Junk food?  Do you exercise even a little as in some brisk walking?  Getting enough sleep?  Consider seeing a mental health professional for diagnosis and treatment.  Medication may help but you appear to need more.  Peace and good health.  Treat yourself from every angle.

can i take ashwagandha herb capsules for stress/anxiety/panic attacks long term? i'd like to balance cortisol levels and thyroid/testosterone. high stress has thrown me out of balance. can i take it for 3 months plus? thank you for the help?

Possibly: Your TSH is in the high-normal range (your thyroid levels are borderline low for you). You also make antibodies that may further limit your thyroid's ability to make thyroid hormone over time. Most docs would decide on treatment on a case-by-case basis. Unless you were pregnant - then TSH of 4 definitely needs treatment. Home pregnancy test & talking w/ your doctor are the best next steps.

Thyroid/testosterone: I am not aware of any link between thyroid and testosterone.
If your thyroid levels are OK you do not need any medication for that. If not your doctor will prescribe the right dosing.
Testosterone  should be normal in a 29 year old man. Please have your doctor order a lab test for this.

Blood Tests: Thyroid and testosterone are easy enough to check the levels for with a blood test.  It varies a lot from doctor to doctor and with the reason you are having labs tested whether it would be checked or not.

No reason: If you eat fewer calories than you burn up in exercise you will eventually lose weight.  It is very frustration not to loose weight quickly but a slow and steady diet and exercise program will pay off. Very often people eat far more calories than they realize.
