Urologist: A diagnosis is needed. There may be a structural problem like a varicocele causing blood to back up in the vessel causing swelling, congestion and pain during exercise. A urologist should be consulted. If you've already seen one, I would seek a second opinion.

Sounds OK: Your doctors are right. A little redness of the skin doesn't suggest any ongoing infection or other problem, especially if no continued pain or swelling. You may just be more aware than before. Try not to worry about it.

Need to be examined: I don't know what you mean by "on my left testicle".If you are referring to any intrascrotal swelling it could mean hydrocele or spermatocele or epididymitis or testicular  tumor and the list goes on. No: You might have another problem. You could have epididymitis/orchitis, an infection in the testicle. This should be treated immediately with antibiotics. Fluid around a testicle, or hydrocele, shouldn't be painful, but is another cause of swelling. Hydroceles may be watched and unless they become large.
