No: You might have another problem. You could have epididymitis/orchitis, an infection in the testicle. This should be treated immediately with antibiotics. Fluid around a testicle, or hydrocele, shouldn't be painful, but is another cause of swelling. Hydroceles may be watched and unless they become large.
