: You are correct. By Labcorp website: "Endocervical, vaginal, or male urethral swab; first-void urine (patient should not have urinated for one hour prior to specimen collection); or cervical cells in liquid cytology vial". If you are asymptomatic, I think you should be okay although the urine was not collected accurately. If you have symptoms of urethritis then have the test repeated. Good luck.

: 5 days should be an adequate time to test, but would suggest a urethral culture and gram stain, esp if there is any secretion/discharge noted. Would also check whether your partner was symptomatic/positive.

: Prostate infection, doesn't have to be an STD, but can be.  An exam with your doctor, and possible antibiotic treatment can be an option for treatment.
