hello,  i am struggling to get motivated to add simple exercise.  i take heart medications, and have issues with my heart racing if i miss medication or don't stay hydrated.  what is the easiest way to get started?  i have no restrictions from my cardiolo

Exercise: If you don't have any problems with your joints, I would recommend a low impact workout like elliptical, stationary bike or walking.  I would do that for about 20 minutes and then have a trainer show you how to set up a circuit type of workout.  By strengthening muscles, you will burn fat.  Plus it is totally fun.  Get someone to go with you so you can motivate each other.

so i these fat under eye bags and im only 18 hears old. theyve gotten worse over the years and ive tried almost everything like allergy medication, getting enough sleep, staying hydrated, creams, etc. nothing seems to work they are very bothersome?

Yes: it has been used for decades for sedation and sleep. However it has many side effects and is no longer used in many places

More than 2 steps: Perhaps a pharmacist can chime in, but i believe that there are multiple governing bodies that require documentation of dispensation of controlled substance, including the dea, state-level agencies (e.g. Hawaii has a narcotics enforcement division), state pharmacy boards, etc. Pharmacies may also have their own internal requirements. I doubt this can be distilled down to "two steps.".

what are the chance of failing a drug test due to alcohol?
i drank 4 mixed drinks&one beer this mon. night and am supposed to test this thurs. afternoon. i am approx 125lb, have an above avg metabolism, and cycle for 40min a day plus hydrate?

: You will have alcohol in the urine possibly ( its been 4 days ). Now it depends what the Urine test is for - if you take opioids then this will be a failed test- as many prescribers of opioids will have a no alcohol policy.  Also drinking the amount you have at one sitting is never a good idea.

Puffs of what?: If you mean marijuana, it is unlikely that taking 2 puffs will cause a positive drug screen 10 days later.  Chronic and/or heavy marijuana use can cause positive drug screens for as long as 30 days after use.

hello i just recently got a job and they test for nicotine in urine. i smoked 3/4 of a cigar 12 days prior to the urine drug test. i rarely smoke (a cigar every 4-6 months). i exercise frequently and hydrate adequately. will the drug test be fine?

: Test should be negative beyond 10 days.

i am 10 weeks pregnant. i am suffering from diarrhea for a day now, accompanied by minor cramps.  is this normal? what medication can i take?

i have been keeping hydrated in the meantime.

Hydration/ job#1: Keeping hydrated during this bout of diarrhea is the most important job that you can do at this time. If the diarrhea persists beyond 48 hours, please see your OB MD who can exam you and determine the fetal heart tones as well as any further testing or Rx. needed.
