i have tendinitis on my left shoulder. if i wanted to get a vaccine can i get it on my right arm? right arm is my dominant arm. i am worried about having both arms be in pain at the same time?

: Taking the vaccine in your left arm will not make the tendinitis worse. Your concern is well taken and you may take the vaccine in left arm. In most people, the pain from vaccine is well controlled with acetaminophen. No more than 4 g in a day, no alcohol.
Do not delay the vaccination.

MRI only tells: .. part of the story.   If you have myoclonus and hyper-reflexia, you must establish a strong relationship with a good neurologist in order to get diagnosed and treated as soon as possible.  North of the equator, there are several devastating neurological disorders that cause these symptoms, multiple sclerosis being only one of them.  Please get yourself diagnosed quickly.

Think ergonomics: Typing absolutely can cause tendinitis.  Usually the tendons involved are the extensor tendons of the wrist, hand, and fingers.  Try to make sure your wrists and hand are in a neutral position, take regular breaks, do regular stretching and warm up exercises before starting can all help.  You might even consider asking a occupational therapist to visit and asses your work environment.  Thank you.

Yes: Rotator cuff pain usually causes a referred pattern down onto the lateral arm.  If it went farther than that, for instance into the hand; then you may have a pinched nerve in your neck.
