Pain w/ movement: Tendonitis usually presents with site specific pain with movement, as well as point tenderness to that tendon. Consult with your family doctor, internist or orthopedic surgeon for confirmation.

Pain: Most common finding of tendintis is pain. Most inflammation pronblems wiill feel better with ice and anti-infalmatries but long term benefit is best made with physical therapy and exercise.
