See a doctor: You still could have a hernia, as they are often not visible to the person in the early stages. Only larger inguinal (groin) hernias become visible. Also could just be muscle discomfort. Have an exam with a doctor to be sure.

i have a red line that runs down my groin in the crease and one side has a small spot of tenderness. is it chaffing?

Infection?: Could be chafing, but would expect it to be bilateral. Having a sore makes suspicion for infection. You could apply some otc yeast cream today, but see your doctor tomorrow.

No lump: In the absence of a lump or any physical finding besides just local tenderness, it is  most likely a pulled/strained muscle.

Try hot compresses: Most likely not.  Could be an ingrown hair or an inflamed gland.  Please try using hot compresses- hot washcloth applied for 15 min, 3x/day for 2-3 days to see if this gets better.  If growing or worse, needs doctor evaluation.

Hip pain /vaginal bl: Back pain may be sciatica and may need pillow under legs at night when sleep. vaginal bleeding can be vaginitis/ cervicitis/endometriosis  but need PAP also check HCG . If all negative may need ultrasound/CT y to check for ovarian /uterine  lesion which could be causing both. May need LS spine xray / F/U w/doc this week

Probably: Suspect it is liquid stool in the colon that is doing it.  Would not worry per se about it unless you get pain or other symptoms in the area or near by

Might be shingles: It depends on how long you've had these symptoms. If it's just been a day or two, watch for blisters or a red rash in the area. Early shingles will cause a burning pain in the involved area of skin before the rash comes out. If the pain has been there a while and radiating from back to buttlock you might be having muscle spasm, a pinched nerve, or even a kidney stone. See your doc.

For a problem such as a tender spot on the top of the head, nothing beats a physical exam, where it can be seen and palpated (felt).  There are many possibilities, from an insect bite to a tick to an infection to inflammation to psoriasis to sebaceous cyst to other.
