Pimple: is most likely if it is tender.  Try applying hot compress 3-4 times daily and otherwise leave it alone.  Good luck!

Several things: This is a problem that necessitates a face-to-face meeting with your doctor.  This will allow him/her to examine you, ask specific questions. And possibly order tests to find out what's wrong and what to do to help you.

TMJ Dysfunction: You might be experiencing muscle tightness due to the muscles in your jaw, called TMJ dysfunction.  Try ice and/or heat to the side of your face for 20 min on then 20 min off.  Avoid chewing gum, caffeine drinks and biting your nails for at least four days.   If  pain continues, consider seeing a dentist/doctor for exam and possible medication or bite appliance.

Accepted Answer

These lymph nodes: may not mean anything, unless there is a readily diagnosed condition that will explain their existence, such as acute infection or tumor.  Lymph nodes can pop in and out, without rhyme or reason.  The existence of CHRONICALLY enlarging lymph nodes would be a red flag.  Periodic followup CTs at intervals of 3 or 6 months would be recommended if they remain &gt;1 month.

i hit the back of my head (mild) with a wall 4 hours ago no symptoms but slight tenderness at the site, am i going to be okay? can i sleep?

: Mild closed head injuries are very common and often result in local bruising or tenderness.  There is no reason to worry if no progressive headache or dizziness, nausea or vomiting, visual blurring or doubling,  weakness or imbalance.  If this  is causing undue emotional stress and fear of sleeping, contact your usual  physician.

It is unlikely that: This is anything serious. You may have hit it unknowingly, or may have some inflammation in the area from skin lesion (pimple, ingrown hair, etc). Don't know if you're concerned re a tumor? Most tumors (esp brain tumors are not painful unless very large when they also cause other characteristic symptoms. Should resolve on its own. Check w your doc if you're still worried.

It depends: Alcohol causes dehydration. It also causes lowered inhibitions. Depending on what actions you performed while out drinking you could have strained your neck, you could also be feeling the effects of light dehydration. 
If the feeling persists, or if you develop a fever or increased pain, see a doctor

Need to be evaluated: Hitting your head with resultant headache and sensitivity to light could indicate meningeal irritation (the meninges are the Saran wrap-like covering of the brain). The irritation in your case could be due to bleeding within the skull and could present with headache and eye sensitivity to light. Given the head trauma and your symptoms, you should be seen in person for exam and imaging.
