Sometimes : Sometimes material that looks brown can just be some blood and tissue. If you have actual pus, i recommend that you contact you dentist, as you may have developed an infectionat that site.

i had 2 double teeth removed 3 weeks ago now i can feel a sharp piece of tooth come out on the side of my gum is this normal what should i do

Tooth or bone: Could be a tooth fragment or bone. Not uncommon. Go back and see the dentist who did extractions. He/she will take care of it.

i am 16.2 years ago i go 2baby canine teeth removed. one has came in but the other hasnt. i can feel it under the gum but when will it finally erupt?

Canine teeth: see a dentist about this.  Sometimes teeth can be impacted or in a position where there cannot erupt. A dental exam with X-rays will be able to tell what needs to be done so your tooth can come in.

i just had 27 teeth removed 10 days ago and a stitches are coming out on their own because they are the dissolving stitches. well i have a flap of gum tissue in my front that is loose and no pain.  is it normal for that?

Post op healing: This can happen from time to time, especially with so many extractions so close to one another. It will take a bit more time and the flap most likely will even out.

Not a problem: The healing takes place from the inside out.  The gum will heal after the inside allows it to do so – this usually takes 1-2 months.  This is not a problem and you will probably not notice it after the 1st week.

Need Dentist Consult: This could be periodontal disease, cyst, tumor, infection from another tooth, muscle pain referring pain to that site.  Too many things to go into here, so you need a dentist to examine your situation.

do i have to get wisdom teeth removed if they are hurting your gums?

Sometimes....: If you can see part of the tooth and the gums are swollen around that tooth, then you probably should get them removed or at least have the gum tissue removed so that you can clean the tooth at home.  If the wisdom tooth is coming in straight, then it may be related to the teething process.  An x-ray would be helpful to determine if the tooth is coming in straight.

Yes: Yes, go see your dentist now. You could expect more soreness to resolve in 5-10 days.

Contact DDS: See your dentist for a clinical evaluation. Make sure that you take the partial out to sleep and that you are not smoking, which can retard healing. In addition, have the dentist check that the partial is not impinging and need to be adjusted.

Spicule: Possibly this is a small piece of bone working its way out of the area. Think of it as a splinter of bone working its way out.  If you fee something sharp here, then it is probably this. An x-ray of the area will help diagnose this. Most common in the top back area. Check with your dentist.
