i have mildly red + flaky rashes around the mouth and nose-crease area. i don't know how they appeared. would mederma help reduce the symptoms at all?

Mederma for scars: Mederma is an over-the-counter medication that is indicated for the use of scar reduction.  It should not be used to treat any other dermatologic conditions.  It would be useful to visit your doctor for assessment of your condition.

looks like chickenpox or measles, 
itchy rash, its small little bump. 
no other symptoms except the rash he has it everywhere on hos body except in his mouth ears and face - although it looks like there is some rash by his hairline?

See your DR.: This sounds like a problem that needs to be seen by a Dr either in person or on telemedicine. History including age of the patient and previous medical problems as well as other findings including throat, tongue and fingernails are important to determine the cause. Make sure to keep this person isolated until a diagnosis is made so that it cannot spread to others.

See physician: Could be a side effect to antibiotics..If had happened during the course of antibiotics..Amoxycillin allergic reaction could be rashes..Depens (penicillamine) on severity some get it right away some after few days of taking medicine..Should get it checked by primary physician..After 7 days seems to be late..

HIV test: The only reliable way to know if you have HIV is to be tested.  Current (4th generation) tests will test not only for the antibody, but also for the viral antigen.  The other symptoms you noted may be seen in HIV; however, they may be seen in other unrelated conditions as well.  If you want to know, get tested.

Multiple symptoms: Some may be due to your decayed (infected) teeth as infection spreads to other organ systems.  See BOTH your Dentist and your Physician for work-ups and treatment.

: There are many viral infections or other illness that can cause such symptoms, aside from HIV. COVID-19 or strep throat probably are more likely than HIV, especially if not vaccinated against COVID. But it's impossible to know without more information, and impossible to know about HIV except with an HIV blood test. But post a new question with more detail of your symptoms and we'll try. See a dentist: The treatment options will depend on how old she is.  If she is very young child, there is very littel to do other than try to treat symptoms.  If she is older and getting perm teeth then she may need some baby teeth removed to aid in eruption.

Salt water: Rinse with salt water and keep the area clean.  There is nothing that you can do to speed it's eruption.  See a dentist to see if there is enough room for the tooth or whether it should be removed.

It can vary: The duration of discomfort can be related to the position and size of the wisdom tooth in the jaw as it is trying to erupt.  Some wisdom teeth may be partially exposed in the jaw and never fully erupt, and can be an ongoing intermittent source of pain.  Others may have some temporary pain as the tooth is erupting which goes away when the tooth is fully erupted.  You should see your dentist.

"teething rash": A teething rash is a common 'side effect'. However, it is good idea to see a pediatrician to rule out strep throat, seasonal flu or allergy.
