For adults braces 90-95% effective!, clear aligners 41% effective! removable appliances less effective than thay.  See a pro, call an orthodontist.  Remember, if it looks too good to be true.....

Option?: Baby teeth are important for normal jaw growth, proper chewing, and proper speech. Early loss can create compromise that needs to be resolved by an Orthodontist. Untreated decay means untreated infection that can damage other organ systems. Suggest that you see your Dentist or a specialist Pedodontist for growth and development evaluation, cavity control, hygiene and diet management.

i have a white mark enamel mark on my tooth what can i do to get rid of it is teeth whitening an option to get rid of it?

: The "white mark" can be due to multiple factors... hypercalcification, decalcification, trauma before the tooth erupted. Tooth whitening procedures will remove stains but do not alter the enamel matrix. Your dentist is best prepared to evaluate the lesion and advise you of your possible remedies.

Wrong place: This web site is for general health care questions. I do not know any Dentists in South Africa as i practice well over 7,000 miles from your location. Contact your Insurance company, ask your friends and neighbors, check with Human Resources at you place of business. Look for quality care that will last. Beware bargain care with its inherent short shelf life. Good luck.

Allograft: The alternative is an allograft, connective tissue  from another source.  Two examples are alloderm and mucograft.  However, why not discuss with your doctor why she recommend an autograft, your own tissue.  She might know something about your condition that we here do not.

See a dentist: I would advise seeing a dentist regarding your loose teeth.  If you are not flossing daily, I would also recommend that, because healthy gums=healthy teeth, and if your teeth are loose, it may be related to your gums. As my dentist once told me, “You only have to floss the teeth you want to keep!”

Start with an evaluation with your general dentist or an orthodontist and discuss your goals and learn what options you have.
