The "white mark" can be due to multiple factors... hypercalcification, decalcification, trauma before the tooth erupted. Tooth whitening procedures will remove stains but do not alter the enamel matrix. Your dentist is best prepared to evaluate the lesion and advise you of your possible remedies.

White lines on teeth are usually decalcification areas and can be recalcified by prescription strength Fluoride. Bleaching will make it show more.

May be decalcification, neo-natal line, convoluted enamel rods, or other causes. Have your Dentist evaluate for a restorative solution. Your dentist can make it disappear.
