Well: This could be a cyst or an abscess or a benign tumor like a lipoma. Very rarely this could be something serious like a cancer but doubt this.you really need to see a primary care doctor in person for specific diagnosis and treatment

Yes as with age-: -our muscle bulk declines unless exercise is being done to target all muscle groups. Never too late. Get involved in a health club and see an AT-C who can set up a program to meet your needs and abilities. It does cost money but you will be in good hands.  On your own walking is as good an exercise you can do on your own. After you gradually increase your distance &amp; speed do hills. Weight 4uppers.

Sometimes it could be hardware malfunction.
A ct may be required.

Many possibilities: It could be coming from problems in the low back (disk degeneration, facet joint arthritis). It could be muscle pain in the buttock itself. Less commonly it can come from the sacroiliac joint.

Many things.: Typically, sources of pain in this area could include tendinitis of the gluteus muscles, joint pain from sacroiliac or facet joints, or even disc pain. The most common cause would be tendinitis. In your age group this may last weeks or longer. It goes on for longer than a few weeks, consider a checkup.

i was on a bus for three days. sense i got off the bus a part of my bum has been numb and it won't go away there is no pain but my leg gets tingles

Compression: neuritis from prolonged sitting. Usually self- limited. Try walking or jogging and use OTC Advil or Aleve (naproxen) for the next 2-3 days if not allergic to these medicines.

See the doctor!: Rash has to be looked at and if it is ringworm  your baby's doctor will prescribe  anti fungal cream

Folliculitis: Most likely an irritation of the skin but if it is forming pimples the you may have to consider a visit with your doctor
