Withdrawal symptoms?: You might be experiencing nicotine withdrawal in this fashion.  Have you tried nicotine replacement?  Studies show nicotine replacement and phone therapy in combination have the best results in being able to quit cigarettes successfully

Not sure related: Abdominal bloating has many causes, and can't be fully addressed here.  Depends on location, timing with food, if localized or all over, what makes it better and worse, if it's associated with pain -- and a doctor should discuss this with you.  Gallbladder problems are most common.

Left foot swelling can also be from various things, but a blood clot is most dangerous.  Please see a doctor!  Luck!

?still virgin: If you are still a virgin, then you would not be pregnant.  As long as the "fooling around" did not involve your bf ejaculating into your vagina, you would not get pregnant.

: I assume you're not experiencing actual breast swelling. I'm unable to connect nipple swelling to carbohydrate intake unless some estrogen type compound is released. Friction is the only other cause of nipple swelling in males that I can think of. I assume you've been evaluated for gluten and lactose intolerance as causes of longstanding digestive problems.

: Many potential side effects for adderall are listed, but fluid retention is not one of them. Your hormones may  play a role in fluid retention. Avoid salty foods&amp;beverages,don't add salt. Taking a low dose diuretic a week before your period should prevent excess fluid retention.  Discuss this with your MD or gynecologist.   Take a potassium supplement with the diuretic.

Typically women can bloat due to the effects of narcotics (used for pain control) on their bowel, the effect of peri-operative and post operative antibiotics, the type of surgery. It may take a few weeks depending on these.  A serious complication is a bowel obstruction- call your physician to review this, monitor.
