More info needed...: Not all extractions are the same. Was yours difficult, meaning bone resection and sutures? It is not uncommon for a little bleeding to occur if sutures are pulled or if the gingiva is still healing. If concerned, contact your surgeon.

Probably: What you describe sounds very common and within normal .  Take the pain meds the dentist gave you and GENTLY keep it rinsed with warm salt water.  Be careful not to chew on it and hopefully you are on the verge of recovery and healing

About those 2 hours: If a person loses a piece of skin, think how long it takes for the spot to seal over. Now, imagine a wet place like inside the mouth, where a dentist pulls out 4 teeth, making 4 bloody holes. Think how long it takes for the gums to seal over.

Uncommon: Real problems with the upper wisdom teeth a month out is relatively uncommon.  If you're tasting blood, it's likely just a small fragment of bone working its way out.  It may be that you're tasting some small remnant of granulation tissue in the area as well or possibly food getting trapped in the site.  Keep the area clean and see your dentist if the problem persists.
