Choosing doc: i believe that is an option, if you know your doctor is a Prime doc, or know of a particular doctor you want to consult. But for the most part, you would see whoever is available if you "call in" randomly

No, but it cd help: No, there is no mandate that you HAVE to use a webcam to talk to a doctor on HealthTap Prime. However, it could help in some situations (like if you have a rash, you could show the doctor by camera). The webcam can also make the interaction more friendly. Primary Care on call: HealthTap PRIME started 2 months ago in September 2014, and is a Primary Care service. A patient is connected with the first available doctor, and different doctors are online at various times. Patients don't select a particular doctor. A patient using PRIME has a one-on-one visit with the doctor via smartphone, a tablet, or a computer, and he can show the doctor pictures or test results.

Ask about 1 symptom: Try asking about a few symptoms at a time and we will try our best to help you.  Plus have you tried your states Medicaid plans offered by your State?  The Affordable care act could help you immensely to get a primary care physician.  Enrollment is end on Feb 15, ask your City/State health department.

Learn tricks: I'll let others address whether you have social phobia, autism-spectrum or whatever. You can talk to anyone using a few tricks. Repeat what they said. Talk about their interests. Find something you can truly admire about them &amp; let them notice. Relationships are more important than being right. Look / act interested. Avoid religion, politics, sex. The Dale Carnegie books are still great.
