No, but it cd help: No, there is no mandate that you HAVE to use a webcam to talk to a doctor on HealthTap Prime. However, it could help in some situations (like if you have a rash, you could show the doctor by camera). The webcam can also make the interaction more friendly. I'm not sure, but I don't believe the app u download requires it. However, we are here to help & we'll help however we can. U can contact suppor

Nope: Virtual consults can be performed through video chat, audio chat and text messaging. And via PC or mobile devices.
