Not likely: With aggressive treatment it is unlikely that you will loose your eyesight but it may not return to baseline prior to the attack.

my hsg reports tat i have bilateral proximal blockages but im taking clomid (clomiphene) and hcg shot is it ok with some hope hsg cleared it wil i conceive ?

Unlikely to conceive: Clomid (clomiphene) helps encourage follicle development. If your tubes are blocked this needs to be addressed before taking fertility drugs which should only be taken for a limited # of courses. If the hsg "cleared" the obstruction this would be evident on the films. You should see a qualified reproductive endocrinologist or generalist with expertise in managing infertility.

my tsh 12.460 uiu/ml.taking levothyroxine 75 mcg after 34days blood test, tsh is normal(gp ringed and said).is tat possible to get normal range soon?

I can list a whole litany of reasons not to scar your body forever, but i realize that you may do so anyway as  this is very normal today.Make sure the needle is yours alone and the ink has not been used by anyone but you.We worry about infectious diseases such as hepatitis and HIV if the needle or ink is reused.Be careful.

Depends on cause: Acutely, many people with bladder infections have trouble with passing their urine and if promptly treated they do not develop kidney failure. 
Usually when you cannot pass your urine chronically there is a blockage of the drainage system, from kidney stones, neurologic problems preventing the bladder from working, tumors or prostate disease. As a consequence kidney failure can develop.

It sounds like you r: talking about genital warts, am I correct? and if so there are vaccines that can be given to prevent certain strains of genital warts. If you already have them, then you can't get vaccine, but warts can take multiple sessions to destroy. Once you have them you are at risk for spreading them to other individuals. You need to use a condom and make sure all warts are treated everywhere.
